Hi davepagdanganan,

According to the rasbora book that I have, breeding T. Espei is similar to its cousin T. Heteromorpha - harlequin rasbora. pH around 6.2 to 6.6 and temperature between 76'F to 80'F are recommended. They can be spawn in a pair or in a small group of 2:1 male to female ratio. They like to lay the eggs on the surface of the leaf (mostly under the leaf) so plants with broadleaf is a highly recommended for spawning.

Here are some videos of them spawning

Good luck and let us know how it goes :) .

Pretty much the same as T. Heteromorpha which I have spawned on a couple of occasions, once in spawning condition and the ph is low enough they spawn pretty freely. I spawned mine in a very densely planted tank and raised most of the young with the parents.
